Trademarks and Copyrights

At Pack Custom Boxes, you are responsible for all content in your submitted artwork. By uploading designs, you confirm that they contain no text, images, designs, trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted material. Printed content must be original and aligned with your brand. Even minor use of protected material can lead to legal consequences, so please review your artwork thoroughly before submission to avoid delays for both parties.

Customers Content:

You control the content printed on your packaging and bear full responsibility for its accuracy and legality. Pack Custom Boxes, including any team or department, will not be liable for errors, indecency, or copyright issues in your printed content.

Order Process

Pack Custom Boxes simplifies ordering with a quote form where you submit your detailed requirements and specifications.

Color Variations In Design

We print from your provided files as accurately as possible using our advanced processes. However, exact color matching or density cannot be guaranteed due to printing limitations, color profiles in files, surface variations, and adjacent ink effects.

Artwork Submission Guidelines

Upon submission, our certified designers and experts generate electronic proofs. Files must meet our standards: at least 300 DPI resolution at final size, in CMYK format, as advised by our team.

PROOFING & MATCHING and CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT

You are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork and layouts. Pack Custom Boxes bears no liability for errors or omissions in customer-supplied files. Double-check spelling, grammar, and formatting before final approval.

APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE PRINTING

We confirm designs and orders with your approval. Post-approval changes incur extra fees if you proceed differently. We may reject designs that fail our quality standards or seem unsuitable.

COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS

We aim for precise colors, but variations can arise from monitors, printing methods, or materials. For exact matches, supply a hardcopy proof.

MATERIALS

Pack Custom Boxes uses premium materials for durable, attractive packaging. Final results may vary based on storage, handling, or environment, potentially adding charges to your order total. We provide top-grade kraft, cardboard, corrugated, and rigid boards.

Order Payment Process

Payments, as set by our customer service, are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Full payment covers all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling, based on your products and services.

Order Design & Manufacturing Process

We apply best practices once your order reaches processing, design, and manufacturing. No modifications are possible after this stage.

Order Delivery & Shipping Process

We target 6-8 business days for delivery, though larger orders or unexpected issues may extend this. We’ll alert you to delays. Ensure your shipping address is accurate— we’re not liable for lost or damaged shipments. See our full shipping policy.

Order Cancellation

You have 4 hours post-confirmation to request changes, regardless of order size. After 4 hours, Pack Custom Boxes holds no liability for cancellations.

Cancellations after 4 hours but within 24 hours incur a 20% fee on the total. Beyond 24 hours but still early, it’s 50% to cover processing started after the initial window.

Overruns/Underruns

We deliver your ordered quantity, often with a small overage (especially bulk) at no extra cost. Underruns are rare. Order 5-10% extra to avoid shortages.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liabilities

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pack Custom Boxes, its members, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and subcontractors from claims, damages, or proceedings arising from your actions or orders, including: (a) copyright, patent, or proprietary infringement; (b) libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous, or obscene content; or (c) unauthorized site access.

Cover our losses, including defense costs, judgments, and reasonable legal fees.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Pack Custom Boxes offers services “as is” without warranties. Our expert consultants and quality controls minimize printing and assembly errors.
