Refund and Returns Policy
Guidelines to Keep Us on the Same Page.
At Pack Custom Boxes, we are committed to providing premium custom packaging and reliable customer support. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and strive to handle every return and refund request with clarity and fairness.
If you receive a defective product, please inform us within 2 business days of receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly. To qualify for a reprint, the original order must be mailed back to us within 20 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will proceed with your reprint. Reprints for bulk orders usually take about 10 business days. Rush reprints may be available upon request for an additional fee.
For non-defective products, we also accept returns within 20 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. In such cases, any cost for reprints or replacements will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Because all of our products are custom-made, Pack Custom Boxes only offers partial refunds. We retain 99% of the product cost, as production begins only after you approve the order. Therefore, full refunds are not offered once the product has been produced and delivered.
To initiate a return or report a problem, please contact our support team at sales@packcustomboxes.com within the applicable time window. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Refunds, where applicable, are generally processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Costs of Return Shipping
If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
