1. Designated Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Only: We offer delivery services exclusively for orders traveling within the borders of the United States.
  • International Deliveries: We do not provide overseas or international shipping options at this moment.

2. Daily Cut-Off Requirements

  • 5:00 PM Timeline: Any order finalized before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST / New York Time) will enter our system and begin processing on that identical business day.
  • Next-Day Adjustments: Orders completed after this 5:00 PM cut-off mark will be queued and begin processing on the following business day.

3. Order Handling & Packaging Windows

  • Preparation Phase: Our standard handling time spans 1 to 2 business days, running from Monday through Friday.
  • Weekend Exclusions: We do not package or dispatch items over weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on official U.S. federal holidays. This handling window covers the time needed to review your order details, pack your boxes securely, and hand them over to our delivery carriers.

4. Transit Times & Combined Delivery Estimates

Carrier Transit Windows

  • Standard Transport: Once your package leaves our hands, it typically takes 3 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday) to arrive at your designated doorstep.
  • Location Variables: Actual transit times can shift slightly depending on your local courier route and the exact destination zip code.

Total Estimated Delivery Window

  • Overall Timeline: Combining our standard prep phase with courier transit times, the total estimated wait time for your order is 4 to 6 business days from the moment your checkout is finalized.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Complimentary Delivery: We provide Free Shipping on every single box order dispatched within the United States. No hidden transport fees apply.

6. Addressing Errors & Unclaimed Shipments

Incorrect Destination Information

  • Returned Packages: If a courier cannot drop off your boxes because the shipping address is incomplete, inaccurate, or missing details, the package will be returned to our office.
  • Reshipping Costs: When this occurs, we will reach out to you immediately to gather the correct address details. Please note that the financial cost of purchasing a new shipping label to resend the order to your corrected address will be your responsibility.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

  • Unclaimed Stock: If a shipping carrier tries to deliver your order and it goes unclaimed, ignored, or is actively refused at your door, the items will travel back to our shop.
  • Resending Orders: We can easily clear these boxes to be shipped back out to you as soon as the secondary reshipping fees are paid.

7. Handling Unexpected Delivery Delays

We work hard to meet every delivery date we promise. However, unexpected situations occasionally arise that are completely outside our control. Pack Custom Boxes does not assume liability for delivery delays resulting from:

  • Courier capacity constraints or tracking errors from shipping carriers
  • Severe weather conditions or unexpected political events
  • Government inspection delays or border hold-ups
  • Missing or incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout

8. Package Tracking Communications

  • Transit Alerts: The moment your custom boxes leave our facility, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation update.
  • Real-Time Tracking: This update will include an active tracking link, where available, so you can monitor your package’s step-by-step progress online.
