Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround is 4 to 6 business days, beginning once you approve your digital proofs. For all orders, final approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST; otherwise, one extra business day will be added to the shipping timeline.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or not recognized by the carrier, your shipment may be returned to us. We’ll contact you immediately to obtain the correct address. Please note that reshipping costs to the updated address will be your responsibility.

Unclaimed Orders

If your package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, the carrier will return it to Pack Custom Boxes. We can reship the order once you cover the reshipping fees.
