Pack Custom Boxes is a custom packaging brand operated by Vorzen Group LLC. We produce packaging according to customer-selected or customer-approved specifications. This policy explains our return, refund, and defective-product procedures for orders within the United States.
1. Return Eligibility
Pack Custom Boxes accepts returns for defective products only.
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report a suspected defective product.
Returns are subject to review and approval by Pack Custom Boxes.
Because our packaging is customized to customer requirements, we do not accept returns for change of mind, changes in business needs, or orders that were manufactured according to the customer-approved specifications.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please provide:
Your name and order or quotation number.
A description of the defect.
Photographs or videos showing the issue.
Photographs of the shipping packaging and label, if relevant.
We will review the information and determine whether the product qualifies for a return or refund. We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
3. Custom Orders and Approved Specifications
Our products may be customized according to dimensions, materials, printing, artwork, colors, finishes, quantities, and other specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their artwork and product specifications before production.
Products manufactured according to the approved specifications are not eligible for return solely because of a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or a change in the customer’s requirements.
This does not affect requests concerning products that are confirmed to be defective.
4. Exchanges
Pack Custom Boxes does not accept exchanges.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us under the defective-product procedure described in this policy. We will review the issue and communicate any applicable resolution.
5. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact Pack Custom Boxes as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests depend on the order’s production and fulfillment status. Orders that have entered production, been manufactured, or been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation because they are made to customer specifications.
Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the terms applicable to the order.
6. Refunds
If Pack Custom Boxes approves a refund for a qualifying defective product, we will process it within 7 business days of approval.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, where applicable. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
7. Return Shipping
If Pack Custom Boxes approves a return for a confirmed defective product, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and applicable shipping arrangements.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization and instructions.

To report a defective product, contact Pack Custom Boxes within 30 days of delivery and include your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos where applicable.
