Pack Custom Boxes is generally not responsible for customer-approved:

• Missing graphics. 
• Incorrect graphics. 
• Missing information. 
• Incorrect colors. 
• Customer-selected specifications. 

This provision does not limit Pack Custom Boxes’s responsibility for manufacturing defects or errors caused by Pack Custom Boxes that are inconsistent with the approved specifications. 

5. Printing and Color Variations 

Colors displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, tablets, and other digital screens may differ from the final printed product. 

Color differences can occur because of:

• Material characteristics.

6. Handling, Production, and Turnaround Times 

Pack Custom Boxes’s standard handling and processing time is 1–2 business days after all required order information, artwork, specifications, and payment have been received and approved. 

Standard carrier transit time is generally 3–4 business days after the order has shipped.

Where payment is required before production, production will not begin until the required payment has been received and the applicable artwork and specifications have been approved. 

Failure to make required payments may result in an order being placed on hold, delayed, or cancelled. 

Pack Custom Boxes may decline to process orders where required payments remain outstanding. 

All applicable payment conditions and charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed. 

9. Order Changes and Cancellation 

Customers may request changes or cancellation before production begins. 

Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible because materials, labor, production capacity, and other resources may already have been committed. 

If Pack Custom Boxes approves a cancellation after production or other order-related work has started, any applicable refund may be reduced by costs already incurred, where permitted by applicable law and the applicable order terms.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues 

Because many Pack Custom Boxes products are custom manufactured according to customer-approved specifications, custom products are generally not returnable for change of mind, business changes, incorrect customer-selected specifications, or customer-approved artwork errors. 

However, Pack Custom Boxes will review legitimate claims involving:

12. Prohibited Orders and Content
